Before joining Raymond James, Greg worked for NatCity Investments for two years, where he served as a Licensed Financial Consultant. He also served as a financial advisor with Edward Jones for three years. Greg is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^™ professional receiving his CFP^® designation. He also holds the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ AAMS^® designation, and is Series 7, 63, and 65 licensed.

Greg graduated from Indiana Southern University in 1981 with a bachelor’s of Science degree. A firm believer in continuing education, Greg enhances his experience by attending annual conferences and completing courses at Raymond James University.

Greg Nixon is originally from Oakland City, Indiana, and currently resides in Newburgh, Indiana. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Patty, who is a Lab Tech and his children, Wade, Rachel, Nea, Ryan, and Kyle. When he is not working with clients Greg enjoys bowling, hunting and fishing.
