Senior Registered Client Service Associate Branch Technical LiasionWith 20 years in the financial services industry, Melinda holds a Series 7 general securities representative license, the Series 66 uniform combined state law license, the Series 31 license, the Series 9/10 license and the Indiana insurance license. As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate she assists clients with questions regarding their accounts, processes paperwork and executes trades, as well as handles the incoming and outgoing office correspondence. As Branch Technical Liaison she assists the office with technical support and maintenance, troubleshooting any problems with the computer and phone systems.
