I am a proud 4th generation native Tulsan. After becoming an Eagle Scout and graduating from Cascia Hall, I attended Westminster College graduating in 2005. After finishing my undergraduate degree, I joined Unit Petroleum in the land department. In the summer of 2009, I left Unit to be a part of Petrohawk Energy working the prolific Haynesville Shale in northwest Louisiana. In July of 2011 Petrohawk was acquired by BHP Billiton; the notice of offer to purchase still hangs in my office today! When BHP closed the Tulsa office and relocated to Houston, I transferred to Midstates Petroleum to work their Mississippi Lime asset in northwest Oklahoma. The energy business afforded me the opportunity to meet people all over the Midwest – like landowners and business owners – large and small, vendors and attorneys. This prepared me well for a career in the investment business which I grew up around. After 10 years in the Oil and Gas Industry, in 2015, I jumped at the chance to join my father at Morgan Stanley as a financial advisor. In 2018, I married my wife, Amy, also a Tulsa native, and we have two young daughters, Cassie and Chloe. We are excited to announce the next chapter of the family business, including my uncle Scott Veitch, as Veitch Legacy Advisors of Raymond James.
