Crystal joined Wright LaHaie Jarvis Wealth Advisors in 2022 as a Client Relationship Manager following a rewarding seven years at True Hire, where she served as a Client Services Specialist in the corporate hiring & enterprise screening industry.

Prior to her time with True Hire, Crystal spent nearly six years with Girl Scouts of Northeast Ohio as a Community Membership Executive. Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University, where she majored in Human Development and Family Studies.

Her passion for building relationships, attention to critical detail, and a commitment to consistently providing exceptional care and excellence in client service are just a few of the many reasons that she is a natural fit for our practice.

Crystal is married to Tom and has two children: Riley and Carter. They can be found on warm days by the lake, and enjoy a variety of water activities, especially boating. Crystal is known for her love of baking and is always happy to share her treats! She is most known for her traditional and white chocolate buckeyes – yum!
