• Heather Karcz, CFP®

    President, Zuehlke Karcz Financial Group

    Investment Executive, RJFS

Heather is dedicated to helping her clients live well and retire well.  Since 1998 she has successfully guided small business owners and families toward sustainable financial well-being.  She enjoys helping people simplify, organize, and coordinate wealth management aspects that many people often find overwhelming.  In her early adult life, she found employment in the printing industry and health insurance industry.  But neither of those provided the satisfaction that she discovered in financial services.  She finds it rewarding helping business owners find solutions for obstacles that prevent them from focusing on their core business, such as obtaining insurance to fund Buy/Sell agreements or establishing retirement plans best suited to help them attract and retain qualified employees.

Heather and her partner, Richard Zuehlke, established ZK Financial Group and together they began a relationship with Raymond James in 2015.  That allowed her passion for this industry to flourish even more.  She now has additional resources that help her transition clients through life’s critical events such as retirement, marriage, divorce, job changes, or selling a business.  She leads her team in taking exceptional care of families and their loved ones.  Every relationship is viewed as a partnership and she provides a roadmap for each unique financial journey.

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and majored in Economics and Regional Analysis.  She also earned her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional certification through the College for Financial Planning in Denver by completing rigorous education, experience, and ethical requirements.  In 2016, she was recognized by You Magazine as one of their ten ‘Women To Know.’*

She holds the following licenses:

  • Series 6, Investment Company Products / Variable Contracts Representative
  • Series 7, General Securities Representative
  • Series 9, General Securities Supervisor Options
  • Series 10, General Securities Sales Supervisor
  • Series 63, Uniform Securities Agent
  • Series 65, Investment Advisor Representative
  • Health, Life, and Variable Insurance (including annuities)

She was raised in the Green Bay area and believes in giving back to the community that supports her.  Thus she volunteers her time by serving on the Board of Directors for Capital Credit Union and believes their motto of ‘Doing the Right Thing’ is a guiding principal for all aspects of life.  Her alma mater helped build the foundation for her career and she actively supports advancement of University activities by serving on the Board of Directors for the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay Foundation, which provides fiduciary oversight of the gift and endowment accounts, investments, expenditures, and operations budget. She also serves on the Investment Management Committee for the YWCA of Green Bay/DePere and embraces their mission of empowering women and strengthening communities.

Outside the office, she enjoys reading, biking, kayaking, golfing, and traveling.  One of her goals is to visit all National Parks throughout her lifetime.
