Ella Garcia

Ella strives to make every client she interacts with feel appreciated and respected while serving their financial needs. “I take time to really listen to our clients and work with them to resolve any issues. They walk away knowing I have done everything I could possibly do,” Ella says.

She works with our clients to establish accounts, answer questions regarding their old 401(k)s and other employer plans, and handle general client service tasks. She also works with Paul’s team and manages the administrative side of our business.

Ella has 18 years of financial industry experience and holds Series 7 and 63 securities licenses. She has worked for Raymond James since 2002 and joined our team in 2012. She earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Ella was born in metropolitan Detroit (Dearborn) and raised in Saline, Michigan, just south of Ann Arbor. Today, she lives near a state park in Jackson County, a quarter-mile from the beautiful Waterloo-Pinckney Hiking Trail. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake, walking and running with her dog, and competing in 5K races. She is currently training for her first half marathon, the 2021 Pacific Coast Highway Half Marathon.
