Blaine Decker

Born and raised in Bryan-College Station, Blaine graduated and was commissioned into the U.S. Army from the United States Military Academy in 2007. In addition to leadership and command roles overseas and stateside, Blaine was a strategic planner for joint and international headquarters. While stationed in South Korea, Blaine met his wife, Hannah, who was there completing her graduate degree from the University of Leicester. He finished his career as policy analyst and speechwriter on the personal staff of the Deputy Commanding General of the U.S. Training and Doctrine Command. Upon receiving an honorable discharge from the Army, Blaine earned a Masters Degree from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. His professional experience includes consulting work with BNY Mellon, Barclays-South Africa and other private and regional enterprises. After the birth of their daughter, Margaret, Blaine and Hannah chose to return to College Station to raise their family. Blaine endeavors to create long-term, meaningful relationships with a select group of clients and is passionate about finding creative solutions that help them establish enduring financial strategies tailored to their specific conditions and goals. He provides financial and estate planning through the use of equities, fixed income securities, managed money, 529 education savings plans and more through Raymond James. Blaine is a former Ambassador for and active member of the B/CS Chamber of Commerce, on the Board of Directors of the Brazos Valley Symphony Orchestra and serves as a Trustee of the CSISD School Board.
