Douglas M. Mick

Vice President, Investments Accredited Estate Planner

With more than three decades of industry experience, Douglas specializes in helping clients achieve their financial and estate goals. He joined Raymond James in 2009 and is an Accredited Estate Planner.

Douglas was previously a vice president of investments with Wells Fargo Investments, a complex manager and vice president for the Northern Indiana Complex of Merrill Lynch (Pierce, Fenner & Smith), and vice president of investments and resident manager for Prudential-Bache Securities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University and attended Securities Industry Institute at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Involved in his community, Douglas coached Concord Little League Baseball for 12 years, Concord Soccer League for seven years as well as Concord High School soccer for one year. Over the years, he has held positions with various organizations, including 12 years of membership on the Concord Community School Corporation’s board of education, where he was president of the board for five years. Douglas was also a member of the board of directors for Hospice of Elkhart, Samaritan Center of Elkhart, First Congregational Church of Elkhart and Dunlap United Methodist Church.

Born in Muncie, Indiana. Douglas was raised in Elkhart and lives in Bristol, Indiana, with his wife, Karen.
