Joanne is a team player and a people person who works closely with our clients and advisors to ensure a quality experience for all.
Whenever a client has a need, concern, question or request, Joanne is fully dedicated to addressing the matter in a prompt and careful manner. Applying her more than 20 years of financial services experience, she devotes her efforts to ensuring that our clients’ administrative and operational needs are handled promptly and accurately.
In addition to handling clients’ transactional, account and administrative needs, she serves as their proactive liaison with other team members and the firm’s specialists. Joanne began her financial career in 2000 and holds a B.A. degree in political science from The Ohio State University.
Joanne recently returned to Columbus after 25 years in Zanesville. She and her husband, John, have three children and seven grandchildren.
