As the Client Services Administrator, Tracy joined One Financial Group in March 2023. In this role, she focuses on providing direct support to the financial advisors by managing the schedule for current and future clients, maintaining accurate documentation, marketing and assisting clients with non-licensed related requests such as statements or cash transfers.

The most important responsibility for Tracy is to ensure our clients are integrated in our family-oriented practice and cared for with special attention to their personal and financial details. Her laser-focused customer service positions her to help our clients, often anticipating their needs before they do.

Tracy is a seasoned administrator with a quarter of a century’s experience. She has worked in diverse industries including Real Estate, Healthcare and Finance and is known for her team spirit and supportive nature towards her leaders.

Tracy is also a mother of four, currently residing in O’Fallon with her spouse. When not working, Tracy enjoys crafting, hiking with her husband, trivia, movies with her daughter, watching football and reading.
