Prior to joining Raymond James in 2022, Neal was in the investment business for 4+ years, joining Jim at Stifel in 2017. He became assistant manager in 2018, assisting Jim with client requests and needs.

In his previous career, Neal was in corporate finance, working in international finance for Gilead Sciences in the Bay Area. After countless trips around the globe helping launch international franchises, Neal came back to his hometown of Exeter to focus on his new career with his young family.

Transitioning from corporate finance, Neal is happy to be able to leverage all of those past experiences to help clients’ financial needs. He believes there is no greater reward than being able to help a client develop a plan and execute it to achieve life goals.

In his free time, Neal enjoys hiking, bicycle riding and working on his grandfather’s vintage Willys CJ2A Jeep. He and his wife, Leila, have two young children, Michelle and Lance, along with their goldendoodle named Hendrix.
