Debbie began her career in the financial services industry in 1987 with the regional investment firm of Raffensperger, Hughes & Co., Inc. She developed her knowledge of the financial services industry sitting adjacent to municipal and corporate bond traders, OTC stock traders, and market makers.

In 2019 Debbie joined wR2 Advisors of Raymond James after a 25 year career at UBS Financial Services where she served numerous long-term client relationships, some clients working with her for all of those 25 years. During her time at UBS, Debbie met and served as assistant to John Reuter, her wR2 Advisors colleague.

Debbie is a native of Fort Wayne, Indiana and a graduate of Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She makes her home in Indianapolis.
