Bill began his investment career in 1992 with Scott & Stringfellow. In 1997 he moved to Paine Webber which was bought by UBS in early 2001. He joined Raymond James in 2003.

In the afterhours, Bill enjoys playing competitive doubles tennis and playing guitar.
