Kelly began her career with Raymond James in 2013. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. She has a diverse background in teaching, State of Florida government agencies, and was also a small business owner and personal trainer.

Kelly has a daughter Joanna. Kelly is a native of Daytona Beach, enjoys free time at the beach, and is an accomplished runner and triathlete. She is actively involved in animal rescue, specifically handicapped and medically needy dogs.
