Katie grew up in Gladwyne and Bryn Mawr, spending much of her middle school and high school years, often seven days a week, performing professionally in regional musical theatre as a singer and dancer. Additionally, Katie taught tap dance for three years at Touch of Class Dance and completed over 200 hours of community service. After graduating from The Agnes Irwin School with High Honors, Katie continued her studies in the UK at Royal Holloway, University of London. She earned a BA (Hon) in Drama and Theatre Studies, graduating with First-Class Honours.
During her time at Royal Holloway, Katie worked several positions in the back of house for Toby Carvery, owned and operated by Mitchells & Butlers. Juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, this experience helped Katie to further hone her interpersonal, team building, and project management skills.
Katie has long been interested in investing and is currently completing her dissertation, the final component of her Master of Science (MSc) in Management Consulting at Leeds University Business School. Katie anticipates earning her master’s degree in December 2021, along with a Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) in recognition of achieving the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to drive consultancy activities in a senior capacity.
Katie lives in Bryn Mawr and enjoys singing, playing squash, and spending time with her family.
