With over 20 years of experience in Customer Care, Shelly is passionate about building relationships with clients and maintaining an active role in their success. During her time here, Shelly has played a vital role in the care of our clients.
Shelly has been a lifelong resident of Ross County. She currently resides in Highland County with her lovely daughter. She is a member of Freedom Ministries where she is active in the children’s program. When she isn’t with friends and family, she can usually be found organizing someone’s closet. You can be sure that her own is adorned with many hats.
