    Client Services Manager

    Office Manager

Kendra K. Cleary was born at Dominican Hospital and raised in the Seacliff neighborhood of Aptos (CA). She graduated from a local school, being nationally ranked in Forensics (Speech and Debate) throughout high school. After high school she attended Cabrillo College.

Kendra joined Eric’s team (that at the time was with Broker Dealer Edward Jones) in 2006 as a part time Branch Assistant, and was promoted multiple times during their period with that firm. Kendra was also named a Limited Partner with Edward Jones, at the time she was the youngest (non-sales) Limited Partner ever in Edward Jones history. She won awards for both service and business levels throughout her tenure with Edward Jones.

In 2013 Kendra and Eric decided to start their independent practice, Costello Wealth Strategies, Inc. and team up with Raymond James Financial Services. Kendra is the Client Services Manager and Office Manager.

After about 5 years of volunteering with Rotary because of Eric’s involvement, Kendra officially became a Capitola-Aptos Rotarian in 2013. Kendra has been on the Board of Directors for the Capitola-Aptos Rotary Club, but is about to step into a very important role as the Club’s Co-President for the 2022-2023 term!

In past years Kendra has co-chaired the club’s annual major fundraiser. During the year that Capitola-Aptos Rotary chose LEO’s Haven to be the benefactor of the major fundraiser, $140,000 was raised (including the match) to build the county’s first all inclusive playground, located in the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz. Since then, the money raised directly from the annual Major Fundraiser event has supported charities through the Capitola-Aptos Rotary Community Grants Program. (A small few of those supported include; Unravel Pediatric Cancer, CASA of Santa Cruz County, Digital NEST, Jesus Mary Joseph Home, Pajaro Valley Loaves and Fishes, Second Harvest Food Bank, Meals on Wheels of Santa Cruz County, Save Our Shores and Siena House Maternity Home.)

Kendra is a Master of Ceremonies for the Sons and Daughters of Italy in America (OSDIA), Watsonville Lodge #2006.

Kendra loves living in Santa Cruz County, where she gets to frequently see her mother, Terry (a recently retired teacher!) and her aunt Pat. Her grandfather Ken (who Kendra was named after!) is a WWII veteran, he was a center gunner on a B-17 stationed out of Polebrook Air Force Base (England) and flew 35 missions over Germany during 1944-1945. Ken was with the 8th Air Force, 351st Bomb Group, 509th Bomb Squadron. He passed away in Fall of 2020 but before Covid, Kendra and her mom got to tour a B-17 with her grandfather (twice!) when it landed at the Watsonville Airport for a demonstration.

Kendra has visited the WWII memorial (along with Eric). They both saw their grandfathers’ entries in the WWII Registry (when Raymond James brought them to Washington DC in 2014 for a conference).

Kendra is a proud auntie to her two nephews, Kent and Miles, and godmother to Hudson!

Raymond James is not affiliated with the above organizations and/or charitable causes.
