Throughout his financial career, Dwight has worked very hard to earn his clients' respect and, more important, their trust. He strives for success by making decisions, developing strategies and running his business with one thing in mind: his clients' best interests.

Dwight offers his clients more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. After receiving his certified public accountant license in 1986, he established the firm that would become Dwight W. Arnold CPA, P.C. In 2001, he shifted his attention to financial advisory, opening an independent office of Raymond James Financial Services. He earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2004.

A graduate of Texas A&M University, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Dwight is committed to serving his community professionally and personally. He has served on the executive board of The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce, acting as vice president and treasurer. In 2009, he was appointed commissioner of the Montgomery County Emergency Services District #10 by Montgomery County Commissioner, Craig Doyal, where he served until 2017.

A lifelong Texan, Dwight was born in Gilmer, grew up in Irving, went to school in College Station and settled in Montgomery County, where he lived for 36 years with his wife, Iris, and their daughter, Bailey. In May, 2017, Dwight moved his family to College Station. The family is active in Grace Bible Church, in College Station. In his spare time, Dwight enjoys golfing, gardening and traveling.

Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner®,  CFP Logo Flame Design and  CFP Logo Plaque Design in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
