Dax has worked in financial services for over 20 years. After earning his B.A. Economics with a Concentration in Banking and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin, he began his career with ADP in Dallas. There he advised executives and business owners on HR cost control, tax reduction and 401k plan strategies. He followed his calling in 2009 to help families understand and simplify the complex world of investing and financial planning. Dax works with successful people who want to grow and preserve what they have worked so hard to earn. His clients include Business Owners, Executives, Financially Independent Women and Professionals with variable high upside incomes (law partners, commercial real estate and high-level sales).
Dax joined forces with his wife Amber to form Seale Wealth Management and provide clients with a truly holistic financial planning experience. “There is a big difference between a Stock Broker that picks stocks or mutual funds and a Trusted Advisor that goes beyond to look at the Big Picture”, Seale said. “Being the Trusted Advisor of our client’s financial lives is a big responsibility and we take it seriously. We know we aren’t experts at everything and enjoy working closely with our client’s tax and legal advisors to create a Big Picture Plan for success”.
Professionally, Dax stays on the leading edge of planning through memberships in the Dallas Estate Planning Council, the Financial Planning Association of DFW as well as attending High Net Worth conferences around the country each year.
Personally, Dax tries to keep up with his three daughters’ performances, sports and occasional drama. When his schedule is his own he likes to golf, hunt, fish and fire up his BBQ smoker.
Dax has been very active in the community. He previously served on the Boards of the Park Cities YMCA and C.A.R.E. He is also an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church where he served on the Global Outreach and Dad’s Advisory Committees. As a member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, Dax currently works to raise money and support the Momentous Institute, a school focused on Social and Emotional Health.
