After graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1995, Chris was commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corp from 1995- 2001. Upon leaving the Marine Corps, Chris spent time professionally in operational, marketing and customer service roles within the electronics industry for three years, before shifting to sales in the telecommunications industry. Within the telecommunications industry, Chris served as an area sales representative and regional sales manager over a 9-year career before deciding to join the financial services industry in 2014.
In 2014, Chris joined Thrivent Financial as an independent contractor after earning the Series 7, Series 66 security licenses as well as the California Life, Health and Disability Insurance Licenses. Through superb mentorship utilizing holistic planning, Chris quickly grasped and applied expertise around risk protection solutions, investing to aid clients in accumulation growth, and planning for future distributions of their retirement assets.
In 2019, he joined Raymond James in an effort to better align professionally with industry trends to provide fee based planning and financial advice around asset management for clients. Excited to partner with a seasoned mentor, Chris looks forward to learning the intricacies of managed accounts as he strives to provide the highest level of customer service to clients. The opportunity to meet clients precisely where they are and help them to move along life’s journey towards abundant living through generosity is one of Chris’s greatest joy.
Chris is originally from Georgia and relocated to Menifee, CA in Southern California in 2007 with a lovely wife, Latricia, five amazing kids, Christopher, Channa, Chauncey, Chasen and Channing and two dogs, Chancellor and Chaz. To say the least, just getting the kids and the dogs name correct when calling them is a tall order in the Hart household. The family enjoys spending quality time working within the local church, community and participating in both recreational and varsity sports.
