Mike was born in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. In 1967 he moved to Logansport, and in 1975 he moved to Kokomo where he currently resides. Mike graduated from Kokomo High School and received his undergraduate degree from Wabash College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He then went on to receive his MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, which included a semester of study abroad in London. Mike has worked in the brokerage industry since 1986, was a partner with his father for 23 years, and worked as a manager for 16 years.

Mike has served both individual and institutional clients with a broad product base of stocks, bonds (both taxable and tax free), preferred stocks, options and mutual funds. He acts for clients in both a transactional and fiduciary capacity by creating portfolios tailored to a client’s individual needs. Prior to coming to Raymond James, he also provided commodity trading and hedging for a select group of clients. In addition to helping clients, Mike serves as a branch manager with Irene Rolland.

Mike has been elected a city councilman, has served on various public and private boards, and has done freelance sports broadcasting on both radio and internet podcasts. In his free time, Mike enjoys playing cards, golf and tennis.
