Client Services DirectorAs a client liaison, Nicole is dedicated to providing compassionate and responsive service. Her friendly demeanor helps set the tone for each interaction, and her organization and attention to detail inspire confidence. “Our clients have learned in getting to know me that I will see any task through,” she says. Aside from creating a personalized client experience, her responsibilities include account opening, scheduling, client communications, marketing and administration.
Nicole partnered with advisor Jim Meyer for over six years before joining Freedom Hills Wealth Management in 2021. She spent the majority of her career in the industry serving clients as a senior branch administrator at Edward Jones. She also owned and managed a vacation rental business in the Black Hills of South Dakota for several years. In her free time, Nicole enjoys making pottery, golfing, camping, hiking, kneeboarding and spending time with her children at their various sporting events. She gives back to the community as a committee member of the local YMCA.
