As client liaison, Lois is often the first friendly face people meet when opening new accounts. She supports the team in various other ways, and handles questions and requests from clients in an efficient manner. Her goal is to offer service with integrity, efficiency and trustworthiness.

She joined Morgan Keegan in 2010, which became a part of Raymond James in 2012. Before that, she served as a sales assistant at Robinson-Humphrey Co. She has also held the role of operations specialist.

She has earned both a bachelor’s degree in human services and a master’s degree in human services with a concentration in gerontology from Mercer University.

She lives in her hometown of Macon. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family. That includes her children, Jada, Rakim and Aaron, and her granddaughter, Laila.
