Josh is the Founder and Managing Member of Hampton Roads Financial, LLC, and a Wealth Management Advisor and Branch Manager with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Josh began his career in the financial services industry with Crestar Bank/Securities (Now SunTrust) in 1997. He joined Merrill Lynch in 1999 and in 2001, Josh formed a partnership with his father, Jack. In April 2009, they left Merrill Lynch and together founded Hampton Roads Financial, LLC in Suffolk, VA. Josh specializes in comprehensive wealth management and asset management services.

Josh earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA. Josh and his wife Katie, a music teacher, live in Carrollton and have two young children. Josh enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children in various sports, competing in triathlons, and skiing.

Josh is a Current Board Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of North Suffolk, VA. Previously, Josh was a Board Member and Founding Member of the Hampton Roads Chapter for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, a Board Member of the Taylor Bend Family YMCA and the Finance Deacon at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in northern Suffolk.
