Dusty joined the firm in 2014. He is the former Vice President and Commercial Lines Manager of Heacock Insurance Group, bringing a broad knowledge of insurance and risk management with him. He joins his father, Craig Johnson, at the firm to continue the success of Johnson Stivender Wealth Advisors.

Dusty serves as an Advisory Committee Chairperson for the United Way of Central Florida, a member of the Rotary Club of Sebring, and was formerly Chairperson for the Young Agents Council and member of the Leadership Highlands Class of 2008. He also provides services to many charitable events throughout the year, including the Sertoma Golf Tournament of Sebring.

When he's not working or performing service, Dusty and his wife, Laura, enjoy spending time with their daughter, Abby and son Cason, as well as golfing and running.
