Michele has been with the practice since its inception in 1997 her role has evolved as the practice has grown. She saw opportunities for improvement and efficiency and utilized her diverse talents to enhance the practice. Michele ensures the office workflow is running efficiently, oversees quality control, and keeps team members informed and focused. Michele also manages human resources, special projects, and works to make sure we stay true to the practice’s mission. In addition, she is also a Financial Professional and Registered Principal.

Michele is a graduate of Long Island University, Class of 1991 with a bachelor’s degree from the school of business, public administration, and accountancy.

Michele was a member of the Leadership Highlands class of 2008, volunteered on the United Way of Central FL’s Community Investment team for the past 12 years. When not at work Michele and her husband of 29 years travel to remote areas to explore with their tent and canoe seeing many areas the of country and Canada only accessible by canoe. When not off getting back to nature. Michele is a Sprint Triathlete participating in anywhere from 2 to 5 triathlons in FL each year.
