Mitch Watson, in 2006 founded the predecessor practice of JSW Advisory Group and has 31 years of financial services experience. As a Texas Tech University Rawls College of Business graduate, with a BBA in Finance, Mitch brings an analytical and local perspective to our clients. He drives strategic operations and partnerships with several of our bank relationships. Mitch has also been extremely involved over the years with multiple board positions for Lubbock ISD, American Cancer Society, United Way and Lubbock Chamber of Commerce, just to name a few. Mitch has been married to his wife Jenny for 30 years and they have two wonderful kids.
