Roen joined Raymond James in December of 2021. She is a graduate of Louisiana State University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Roen started her career in 2018 at State Farm as a Sales Representative. She transitioned from insurance sales to advertising sales when she joined Renaissance Publishing, the publisher of New Orleans Magazine. Prior to joining Raymond James, Roen worked at LCMC Health as a Human Resources Representative specializing in employee benefits.

Roen’s passion for connecting with clients on a personal level while providing high-quality service is what attracted her to Raymond James. She is committed to utilizing the firm’s “client first” approach and developing her relationship management skills. She enjoys collaborating with her team members to plan and execute client events. Roen is actively pursuing her goal of becoming a Registered Representative. She recently passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and is preparing to take the Series 7 General Securities Representative Exam.

Roen loves fashion and enjoys shopping at local boutiques throughout the city. She also enjoys trying new restaurants to find the best brunch and happy hour. Some of her favorite local restaurants include Sofia, Dickie Brennan’s Tableau, and Felix’s Oyster Bar. Originally from Destrehan, Roen grew up in St. Charles Parish and visits her hometown often. She lives in Old Metairie and is a parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church.
