For more than a decade, Darcy has used her skills and knowledge to help clients pursue the meaningful goals in their lives. She relishes the opportunity to sit down with clients on their terms, face to face, and develop a financial plan and, most importantly, a relationship. She strives to be a resource for whatever financial question or need they may have. She designs financial plans for both short-term and long-term goals, including legacy planning and creating an intergenerational approach to wealth transfer.
Darcy brings a human touch to the financial planning process, celebrating life events with her clients and commiserating with them through challenging times such as a divorce or death. She is not afraid to share her emotions and connect with people.
She joined Raymond James in October 2019, partnering with her husband and fellow financial advisor, Skip, to serve clients as a team. Before that, she was a financial advisor with Edward Jones for 10 years. During her time there, she was a field trainer, Women’s Initiative for New Growth Strategy (WINGS) leader, recruiting leader, legacy advisor host and mentor. She graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in family and consumer services with a major in fashion merchandising.
She lives in the town of Spring with her husband and their two children. They attend Trinity Episcopal Church in The Woodlands. When she’s away from the office, she enjoys long-distance running, reading, traveling and spending time with her children.
