Mandi is a native of Ark City, serving as our Customer Service Representative at Mid-Continent Financial, LLC, since 2015. She provides support to our Financial Advisors and clients with administrative and operational tasks. It’s Mandi’s pleasure to provide exceptional customer service with a friendly smile.

Mandi’s career began in 2007 working as a local bank teller, before moving to Stillwater, OK. While residing in Oklahoma she furthered her career by expanding her knowledge in the financial and medical field working as an administrative assistant. She received an Associates of Science degree from Oklahoma State University-OKC before returning to Ark City in 2015.

Mandi lives in Ark City with her husband, Andrew, and their daughter, Perry. In her free time you’ll find her enjoying time with family and friends, gathering at Table Rock Lake, practicing yoga, and volunteering.
