Joel C. Moline Managing Director

Joel brings 35 years of financial services experience to the team, including serving the needs of high-net-worth clients for the past 20+ years. He is inspired by working and interacting with successful and interesting families. 

Joel has extensive experience in private and public equity, fixed income, hedging strategies for concentrated stock positions, and stock options including 144 transactions.

Joel takes an active role in his community. After completing the term limits as a board member and past chairman of the Development Committee of Second Harvest Heartland, the nation’s second largest food bank, Joel continues to stay actively involved. As a co-founder of the Vintner Ball and Heartbeat for Hunger, he and his partners continue to address the needs of food-insecure neighbors. As current board member and past chairman of the Lakeview Hospital foundation, he is actively involved in addressing the healthcare needs of the local community and is active on several related advisory panels. Joel is an active board member of his homeowners association as well.

In his free time, Joel enjoys skiing, hiking, boating and just about anything outdoors.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in finance and economics from Bethel University.
