Francis, or “Easy” as he prefers to be called, has a long tradition of helping people plan and invest for retirement, and working with business owners on their company retirement plans.
He puts his clients’ well-being first. He has made it a priority to understand the needs of each and incorporate them into their investment program, being careful to avoid unnecessary risk while pursuing goals such as growth or income.
His career spans more than 40 years. Before starting Monument Financial Partners in September 2018, Easy was a resident manager and vice president at Morgan Stanley, a branch manager and vice president at Citigroup, a branch manager at Legg Mason, and branch manager at Howard Weil Labouisse Friedrichs. He earned a bachelor’s degree in managerial finance from the University of Mississippi.
Easy has a long history of serving his community. He serves as the finance chair for St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, and is a past board president of The Junius Ward Johnson YMCA in Vicksburg. Previously, he was a campaign chair and leadership award winner of The United Way of West Central Mississippi, chair of the Vicksburg Warren Economic Development Foundation, treasurer of the Mississippi Children’s Home and President of the Vicksburg Rotary Club.
Easy lives in Vicksburg, Mississippi, his hometown. He and his wife, Mary John have four children between them and have six grandchildren and counting! In his free time, he is an avid tennis player, enjoys deer hunting, working in his yard and traveling.
