Natalie joined our team in 2018 as Client Service Associate. Previously, she spent 14 years in banking at Sturgis Bank & Trust Company. Her passion for helping people shows in the way she enhances the Oakleaf experience, providing specialized service for our clients and managing client service projects for our advisors.
Natalie makes her home in Sturgis with her husband, Scott, and daughter Randi. They stay active with camping, kayaking, traveling, and attending concerts (especially Dave Matthews Band). The Bolands also enjoy spending time with family, friends, and their dogs, Wrigley, Lambeau, and Harley while sitting around a campfire or playing games.
A Sturgis native, Natalie is committed to community involvement and supporting area youth. She is a Past Exalted Ruler of Sturgis Elks #1381 and continues to coordinate the Elks Youth Triathlon and Back to School event and assist with the Boots and Shoes program. Natalie has been on the board for the Children’s Trauma Assessment Group of St. Joseph County since its inception in 2014 and is currently board President. During the 2019 campaign for the St. Joseph County United Way, Natalie and Scott partnered as Honorary Chairs to raise money for local agencies that support children and families. They are also active members and volunteers at the First Presbyterian Church of Sturgis. In 2019, Natalie was the recipient of both the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce Community Service Award and the Exchange Club Book of Golden Deeds Award.
