Denise strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team on a daily basis. She takes care of the administrative needs of our team and assists clients with any questions or requests they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Denise enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve and helping ensure that they receive a high level of attention and support. She also handles a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance and service requests to our client communications. Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make working with us effortless.

Before joining our team in 2003, Denise was an office manager, human resource manager and bookkeeper at MAG, INC. She holds an Associate in Arts degree from Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. Denise is a member of Networking Business Women of Morgan County and was honored to be named Business Women of the Year 2021-2022.*

Denise is originally from Indianapolis and spent several years in the Chicago area. She now lives in Plainfield, Indiana, with her husband of 42 years, Craig. When not in the office, may be found volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club of Morgan County at their annual golf outing fundraiser. Denise also enjoys spending time with her children, Ashlee and Amber, along with her grandchildren. In addition to family and volunteer work, she enjoys shopping, working on various crafts and decorating. Denise is Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan. And, of course, she loves Chicago-style pizza.
