Phil's career began in 1984 @ Dean Witter as a Financial Advisor. He then joined Roney & Co. in 1988, which is now known as Raymond James & Associates. Whether working on behalf of small businesses, individuals, friends or family, Phil takes great care in creating a financial plan that addresses his client's lives today while building flexibility that will work for their future.

Outside of business, Phil is actively involved in community/volunteer outreach programs throughout the Metro Detroit area and around the world through his church. Phil and his wife Peg are involved in NoChild.org and Hopewaterproject.org. NoChild.org is a sponsorship program that helps provide food, education and healthcare to 950+ children in Kenya, India and Nepal while Hopewaterproject.org exists to provide access to clean water in Kenya. Peg travels to both Kenya and India several times a year for these causes, while Phil joins her in Kenya every January.
Phil and Peg have been married since 1974 and have 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Phil, being an avid skier, enjoys spending time with his family Up North or even the occasional trip out west to California, Utah or Wyoming.
