Travis W. Thompson,

As a next-gen advisor, Travis prides himself on serving the community where he grew up. His days consist of working with Branch Manager and senior advisor Mark Overby to manage an array of portfolios. In addition, he meets with clients and businesses to help them strategically pursue their financial goals. Committed and reliable, Travis helps clients manage every matter that money touches - from saving for their children's education to planning for retirement.

Before joining Raymond James in 2022, Travis spent 10 years working at First National Bank of Omaha and spent the majority of his time on the commercial side. He holds a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University.

An active member of his community, Travis has served on a variety of DeKalb County boards. His favorite pastimes include golfing, watching any and all sports, and spending time with his family.

Originally from DeKalb, Illinois, Travis moved to St. Charles, Illinois, in 2019. He and his wife, Emily, have two children together, Sophia and Lucas.
