Jess strives for excellence in serving our clients and assisting our team daily. She takes care of the administrative needs of our team and helps assist clients with any questions or requests they may have in a timely and efficient manner.

Jess enjoys fostering close relationships with the families and individuals we serve, and helping ensure that they receive a high level of attention and support. She also manages a wide range of administrative matters, from account maintenance and service requests to client communications, marketing and IT support. Empathetic and detail-oriented, her goal is to always make working with us easy and effortless.

Before joining our team in March 2022, Jess was a lead HR project management specialist at General Electric where over her 10 years, she was owner of the 1099/W2 process for all employees and retirees, implemented and processed Global Payroll for France and UK, managed the Global Rewards program for all employees, for a short time oversaw Shareowner Services, and led many projects and initiatives over time that improved process and service. Prior to her time at General Electric, Jess worked for AWS Truepower, LLC as director of finance and administration. She spent five years at AWS leading the HR and finance functions, while supporting the legal team and overseeing facilities for all offices. She holds a bachelor’s degree in atmospheric science with a business minor from the University at Albany.

Jess is originally from New City, New York, and now lives in Ballston Lake with her husband, daughter and their dog, Charlie. When not in the office, Jess enjoys spending time attending her daughter’s Taekwondo activities, reading and relaxing with her family.
