Sharon Kaylor,
CRPCTM
Practice Business Manager
With over 25 years of financial services experience, Sharon provides strategic direction for enhancing the client experience and managing office operations to help ensure a smooth, efficient workflow. While much of her focus is behind the scenes, creating and overseeing processes that provide structure to the practice, Sharon is also an integral part of helping to build and maintain clients’ financial plans. Patient, friendly and responsive, Sharon’s goal is that every interaction leaves clients feeling heard, valued and satisfied that their needs have been addressed.
Sharon joined Satterfield Wealth Strategies in 2024, but Raymond James has been a part of her life for as long as she can remember. Her grandparents were financial advisors with Raymond James, and she recalls company branded trinkets were common stocking stuffers at Christmas. She worked as a summer temp in her grandparents’ branch after graduating high school and joined Raymond James full time in 1998. Since then, she has held many diverse roles, including trading specialist, executive assistant to the chairman/CEO, transitions consultant and strategic director. Sharon graduated from St. Petersburg College and holds the Series 7, Series 66 and Series 24 licenses, as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation.
Sharon is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida. Today you’ll find her exploring more mountains than beaches from her home in Meridian, Idaho. She and her husband, Rob, enjoy travels focused on wilderness exploration and outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, water sports, off-road driving and camping. She is also a proud mother of two grown sons.
