Karol is dedicated to helping us provide an exceptional client experience. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.

She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests, address changes, and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Karol also greatly assists our team with many essential administrative duties.

Before joining our team in August 2014, Karol was an educator at USD 437, USD 501, Stormont Vail Hospital, and Children’s Day Out Preschool. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Social policy from Northwestern University in Evanston Illinois and a master’s degree in education from Louis University also in Evanston Illinois. Karol was a pitcher on the Softball team at Northwestern earning freshman of the year honors in the Big Ten Conference. Karol is originally from Kentwood Michigan and now lives in Rossville with her husband, Todd. Karol and Todd have 3 adult children, Emma, Jackson, and Bo. When not in the office, Karol enjoys traveling with family, exercise, and several outside activities.
