Vision In Action Classics: Pres Blake and the Friendly’s Ice Cream Way
I first met Pres & Helen Blake when I cold called him and asked him to be one of my first guests on a new TV show I was developing called “Vision in Action,” a show about local entrepreneurs; the year was 1989.
He graciously agreed and we spent a lot of time talking about his business philosophy and what really mattered in his career.
When Pres turned 103, I called and asked if we could finish the 1989 show by doing a follow up and he laughed and he politely declined. I hope you enjoy his remarkable story and his business wisdom. He is our regions Warren Buffet.
