Stephen graduated from Penn State University in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in public policy. Originally from Summit Hill, Stephen currently resides in Tamaqua. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Wanda, who is a Staff Assistant for Representative Jerry Knowles, and their children, Matthew, Thaddaeus and Jamie. When he is not working with clients, Stephen enjoys volunteering his time with youth sporting events and playing an occasional round of golf.
