Throughout his long and distinguished career, Greg has been dedicated to helping clients work toward their financial goals by guiding them through comprehensive financial planning. He takes the time to get to know his clients and builds loyal, long-standing relationships.

The clients he serves range from widows and widowers to corporate executives at many of the leading entertainment, hospitality, and technology companies, such as Walt Disney, Marriott, Comcast, Oracle, and Amazon. While he works diligently to address their individual objectives, one common denominator is that he wants to instill confidence in their financial future.

Greg’s primary role is to provide leadership and direction for the practice and to maintain relationships with clients. All financial advice and investment recommendations run through him.

As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, Greg has attained the prestigious CFP® certification, one of the most respected financial planning credentials among consumers and the recognized standard of excellence in personal financial planning. He adheres to the CFP Board’s code of ethics for integrity, objectivity, competence, fairness, confidentiality, professionalism and diligence.

In addition, he holds the professional designations of Accredited Portfolio Management Advisor^SM, Chartered Financial Consultant® and Chartered Life Underwriter^®. Before joining Raymond James in July 2019, Greg was managing director and financial advisor at Ameriprise Financial. He also founded and was President of Delaney Financial Group, an SEC Registered Investment Advisory Firm affiliated with LPL Financial. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee.

Greg is originally from Ridley Park, Pennsylvania and now lives in College Park, Florida, with his wife, Shannon. They have two adult children and are thrilled to have welcomed a son-in-law and daughter-in-law into the family in recent years. Best of all, their first granddaughter, Saylor Patti was born in 2020! In his free time, Greg enjoys golf, travel, public policy, reading, landscape design, and Philadelphia sports – GO BIRDS! He also volunteered as a high school basketball coach from 2012 to 2018.
