Selwyn Raman is a client service associate with Raymond James. Energetic and personable, Selwyn has hit the ground running under Peter Walsh in the financial services industry.

Upon graduating from The University at Buffalo, Selwyn spent some time as an intern at a wealth management firm. It was during his time here that Selwyn's interest in pursuing a career in the financial services world propelled. After stepping away into the energy industry for a couple years, Selwyn has found his way back into his desired career field through Raymond James.

Now at Raymond James, Selwyn has always seen and striven for hard work, integrity and efficiency whilst preparing to setup himself in the financial world. Growing up in a diverse area just outside of NYC, Selwyn has learned to adapt to and accept all types of people and situations which has further helped him relate to a diverse group of people allowing him to be fine-tuned as a people person ready to make positives changes in their lives and financial standings.

Selwyn is the first point of contact for clients, effectively helping to make their financial processes move smoothly as possible.

Outside of work, Selwyn loves watching sports, enjoying outdoor activities, and coaching youth sports.
