In 1996, Kim began her career in the financial services industry with A.G. Edwards & Sons. Starting as a registered client associate, Kim grew not only in her knowledge of the business, but also in her desire to help people better organize and plan for their financial futures. She became a financial consultant in 2008 and today plays a central role in the lives of clients as she helps them clarify and pursue their dreams.
Kim has also achieved the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ professional through the College for Financial Planning. Individuals who hold the CRPC® designation have completed a course of study that encompasses pre- and post-retirement needs, asset management, estate planning and the entire retirement planning process using models and techniques from real client situations.
Kim is a resident of Chesapeake, where she is an active member of the Chesapeake Kiwanis Club. Kim and her husband, Tom, have five children and three grandchildren.
