As a Senior Registered Client Service Associate, Michele is dedicated to delivering exceptional client experience through responsive service, attention to detail, and a commitment to building lasting relationships. She takes pride in anticipating client needs and ensuring every interaction is handled with care and professionalism.
Michele obtained an associate degree in business administration from Delta College in Saginaw, Michigan and holds Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as life, accident, health, and variable products insurance licenses. She also earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist℠ (AAMS®) designation, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and excellence in client service.
Michele also served on the Raymond James Branch Associate Advisory Board in 2022–2023 and continues to collaborate with current board members to stay informed on best practices and enhance the client experience.
Outside of work, Michele volunteers with GLBAS (Great Lakes Bay Animal Society), fosters cats, and assists the organization however she can—demonstrating her passion for animal welfare and community involvement. She enjoys traveling, boating, bowling and attending concerts with her husband Tony and daughter Trinity.
