Blaise is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Economics and earned his MBA from the University of Central Florida. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of Orlando since 1998. Blaise has called Orlando home since 1979 and in 2002, was awarded the Good Citizenship Award by the Orlando Police Department. He and his wife have two children and they are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Orlando.
