You should expect your advisor to be knowledgeable, experienced, thoroughly understanding of your goals, risk tolerance and other relevant factors; transparent, accessible and informative.
We expect and understand that trust is earned, but that you enter into a partnership with a fundamental understanding and commitment to our approach; you openly share all questions and concerns, that you keep your advisor informed of important changes in your life.
Our interests must be aligned … not so much a novel concept, but one that is often neglected.
