Professional Experience:

Ruth prides herself on establishing strong relationships through excellent customer service and building cohesive teams. She also strives to streamline services to help clients meet their financial needs.

As the Registered Service Manager, Ruth’s primary mission is to handle all client service matters not related to investment decisions. If clients have questions about their statements, money movements, account openings and transfers or accessing their accounts online through Client Access, she is the person to call.

Ruth has over 25 years of financial services industry experience and is instrumental to the customer service we strive to provide. Prior to coming to Raymond James, she was a Lead Financial Services Representative at Tyndall Federal Credit Union. Additionally she worked at Sallie Mae (Student Loan Originator and Servicer) for 15 years, working her way up from a Call Center Representative to a Supervisor of Lender Relations.

Giving Back to the Community:

Ruth continuously seeks opportunities to give back to the community. She volunteered at her child’s school assisting in the classroom and with fundraising activities. Ruth has served as Team Mom and Coach on athletic groups. She has volunteered with local charities, such as the March of Dimes and assisted with cleanup of public areas around Panama City after Hurricane Michael. She participates in the Raymond James United Way of Northwest FL annual giving campaign.

More about Ruth:

Ruth and her husband live in Panama City with their daughter. They are lifelong residents of Bay County and appreciate the sense of togetherness expressed by the community.

Ruth obtained her Series 7, General Securities Registered Representative license; strengthening her knowledge in the financial planning and investment field. She attended Gulf Coast State College for Accounting Technology and Business Administration and Management. She also took a temporary detour from finance and received a Certificate of Practical Nursing from Haney Technical Center, briefly serving as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
