Hugh began his financial services career in 2012 and spent several years at Merrill Lynch before joining Raymond James in 2020. Hugh was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He was very active in the Columbus community, having earned his Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America and coached youth lacrosse. Later, Hugh went on to graduate from The Ohio State University. Hugh met his wife, Elise, while attending The Ohio State University. Hugh and Elise live in Chagrin Falls with their 2-year-old daughter, named Avery. Some of their favorite activities as a family are hiking outdoors and playing with their two dogs, Cooper and Bella.
