Hugh began his financial services career in 2012 and spent several years at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch before joining Raymond James in 2020. He was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and was very active in the Columbus community, having earned his Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America and coached youth lacrosse. Later, he went on to graduate from the Ohio State University. He met his wife, Elise, while attending the Ohio State University. Hugh and Elise live in Wadsworth with their two children, Avery and Trey. He is actively involved in the Barberton community as a board member on The Barberton Community Foundation, The Salvation Army, Lake Anna YMCA and an active member of The Magic City Kiwanis and Barberton Rotary Club.
