Mary brings to the firm a combination of interpersonal and technical skills, drawing on her diverse background in financial services, accounting*, computer programming and insurance. Her goal is to integrate these skills in a way that will help provide our clients the best possible service, which includes not only meeting but anticipating their needs and concerns.
After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Mary became a computer software engineer/programmer. Preferring to expand her knowledge of the accounting field and its integration into personal planning, she entered the financial services profession in 1986. During the next 13 years she obtained extensive professional credentials in customer service, agency administration and office management from the Life Office Management Association, an educational organization within the life insurance industry. She joined her husband's firm in 1999 and received her Registered ParaplannerSM designation in 2007.
Mary shares Joey’s enthusiasm for the outdoors, but also enjoys sewing and artistic needlework. Originally from Alexandria, Louisiana, she is active in the lay ministry at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in her hometown.
